hello all

hi, im new here but not to riding. iv been riding for about 10 years and have a 07 r6 that i bought new and put 30,000 miles on it.

this is when she was new







i crashed her a month ago down in PA. and she is now totaled.
i was coming around a curve and a truck was coming out of a side road and i panicked skidded across the road and hit a guard rail. the cops told the group i was with to just leave the bike there on the side of the road till i could have someone come and get it. my father go there the next morning and there were parts stolen off it like the wind screen and the tail light and the lock for the passenger seat. i was waring all my gear and got no rash of any kind, just broken up a bit. they need to make some soft guard rails thats what i think. lol
i broke 4 ribs on the right side, my shoulder blade on the left side, broke my pelvis on the back/ left side where the spine and pelvis come together. and fractured the pelvis on the right side where the femur joins the pelvis. im all good, im already starting to walk and getting better every day. the day i got home from the hospital i was watching moto GP. im already looking for another bike so ill be back riding next summer.

there isnt anything going to keep me from riding. its my life. my girl rides a yamaha yzf600r and she would kill me if i didnt keep riding. there have been so many people that asked are you going to ride again? im like hell yeah. then they say your crazy. then i ask them, if you are in a bad car crash would you stop driving? and most have nothing to say.
